ZoomLab® Becomes Stand-Alone 

What is changing?

The Pharma Solutions' services are being streamlined and integrated into myBASFWorld to provide you with a more consistent and intuitive experience.

RegXcellence®, which was previously accessed via the Virtual Pharma Assistants, is moving to a new home. All features and services will be fully integrated into myBASFWorld, creating a single, central platform for product information, regulatory content, and related services.

As part of this change, ZoomLab® will become stand‑alone. For ZoomLab® users, nothing changes – the platform, features, access, and overall user experience remain exactly the same. ZoomLab® will continue to be available, independent from the Virtual Pharma Assistants.

What it means for you:

  • One single platform for all information and interactions
    You will find regulatory documents, compliance‑relevant information, and service features exactly where you need them: on the product pages you use every day. No more switching platforms – everything is in one place.

  • Automatic migration – no action required
    Your account will be moved automatically. You don’t need to sign up again or transfer anything manually.

  • Your login credentials stay the same
    Simply continue logging in with your existing Virtual Pharma Assistants username and password.

  • Please update your bookmark
    The current Virtual Pharma Assistants link will no longer be active. Save the new myBASFWorld link to ensure quick access in the future.

  • Update your consent settings for document notifications
    In the Virtual Pharma Assistants, document update emails were sent automatically, whereas in myBASFWorld you will only receive them if you actively provide your consent. How to turn on document notifications

Important change regarding document update emails

In the Virtual Assistants, you automatically received email notifications when documents you had previously downloaded were updated.

In myBASFWorld, these emails are only sent if you actively give your consent.
Without this consent, you will no longer receive document notification emails.

How to give consent to keep receiving document notification emails:

  1. Log in to myBASFWorld
  2. Click on your name and select Settings
  3. Scroll down to Document updates
  4. Activate the options according to your preference
